I specialise in helping runners navigate their return to running from injury, and guiding runners making the step up to a new distance.

I am passionate about running and training in a way that prioritises enjoyment and health.

I love helping running set and reach new goals whilst reducing their likelihood of injury

I harness my expertise from 15+ years of running, 7+ years of work as a running-specific physiotherapist, my work in the footwear industry.

We all have different needs and seek different levels of input. I pride myself on flexibility and fluidity when working with individual runners.
